A. To place an order with purchase order (PO) number or American Express,

Select the item of interest from our eCATALOG.
Add a basic handling cost (a flat rate of $35) to total price of your items. The final cost is subject to change according to the shipping location.
Complete the institutional PO form.
If you have a special instruction for handling and shipping, please use Vaxron Order Form.
Forward completed forms to support@vaxron.com or to 973-215-2786 (fax).
Your order will be processed promptly after we contact you to confirm your order.
Please contact our customer service department when to place order using American Express.

B. To purchase with all other credit cards, you have two options.

E-mail us the following information: catalog number, quantity, and shipping address.
An electronic invoice with payment instruction will be sent to you.
Purchased item will be shipped immediately after your payment is confirmed.

C. For international customers only:

You can directly purchase our products from anywhere and anytime as long as you have a FedEx account and service.
Please be advised that when you place your order, you should provide us with the following information: FedEx account number and shipping address with telephone number and e-mail address. Also please indicate if you want to make payment using credit card.

Shipping Options

Unless otherwise instructed, all packages will be delivered primarily by FedEx.
All orders should be received before 3:00 PM (ET/USA) for the same day shipping.
